7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCOUTHUB LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. We are not responsible for any data loss due to account deletion.
